The Super Wind

Finally a bad storm!!! First it blew in from the North dropping over a foot of powder snow on us. Rylie would come back in covered in snow every time we went out. Then a wind storm came in from the South blowing all that powder off the mountain. And right now we are blowing from the North again. Can't make up its mind which way it wants to come from.

Rylie and I tried to run to the school but the wind was just so bad and there were a couple students stranded so we were trying to help them. Rylie was not enjoying the wind she kept trying to jump into my arms. But then the counselor's husband came out and said that visibility is below 2 feet and that students will not be permitted to leave the school without their parents. So we had to get everyone inside and hold the students. It was crazy. The wind was blowing so hard.

Yep that's the storm moving in. It was beautiful for a few minutes!
